Her feminine wiles. Annie’s not afraid to capitalise on her sex-appeal at the table – a bit of flirting can knock male players off their game by all accounts.

Look out for her getting ultra chatty at the table – it’s a tell that she’s winning says Barry Greenstein.

POKER BLING:
Annie’s rise to poker fame has netted ner some tidy sums including a $2m heads-up pot over Phil Hellmuth and a full table of legendary players including brother and mentor, Howard Lederer (WSOP Tournament of Champions event). In 2004 that was the most money ever paid out to a female player, plus she bagged herself a WSOP bracelet in the same year. Annie also became poker coach for Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and Ashton Kutcher. At present she is the leading money winner among women in the WSOP.

RUMOUR HAS IT:
In 2009, Annie turned her game-playing table tactics into boardroom table tactics when she took part in Celebrity Apprentice hosted by Donald Trump. Her skills got her to the final where she was beaten at the river by Joan Rivers.

FAMOUS PROP BETS:
Annie’s prop bets were less about money, more about bragging rights when she challenged ‘Hollywood’ Dave Stann to win a WSOP seat for 10 cents on the UltimateBet STEPs program – 10 steps to the WSOP starting from a 10 cent stake. The loser has to pay for a dinner for four at a restaurant of the winner’s choice. Needless to say, the dinner is unlikely to be a low-key affair!
