Greenstein comes across as being shy and a little introverted at the tables but he has a killer game not to be underestimated by his low-key modest attitude.

POKER BLING:
Greenstein is seen as one of the old-school poker pros yet through his online poker business, PokerRoad, with his son, he stays in touch with the next generation of poker players. He’s earnt himself 3 WSOP bracelets and a bucket load of winnings despite his early tendancy when times were good, to give away his entire winnings to charity. He has strong relationships with many top players but prefers to keep a low profile himself.

RUMOUR HAS IT:
Barry was bet $10,000 by the 2+2 Poker Forum to say ‘lol donkaments’ in an episode of ‘High Stakes Poker’. Barry fulfilled his bet after winning his hand against Erick Lindgren. The bet amused the poker playing world so much that Barry was given an extra $45k in donations in addition to the $10k win that was already going to charity.

FAMOUS PROP BETS:
Barry has teamed up with Jeff Lisandro in the 2009 WSOP’s biggest prop bet for Player of the Year points against Daniel Negreanu and Erick Lindgren. With Lisandro on 2 bracelets at the time of writing, Barry’s team have the edge over Negreanu’s. There are a number of other pro pairings taking part in the bet and the winners stand to sub their tournament earnings significantly on the ultimate outcome.
