POKER BLING:
Having initially harboured dreams of being a professional snooker player, Daniel proved he had a better knack for poker. He’s since won 4 WSOP bracelets and amassed tournament winnings of nearly $12m. In addition to writing numerous poker books and articles, he’s blingingly appeared in the movie ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’ playing poker against the mutant Gambit, starred as himself in ‘Lucky You’ and featured in Katy Perry’s music video, ‘Waking up in Vegas’.

RUMOUR HAS IT:
Daniel’s prowess at the poker table has led to him giving private lessons to celebrities such as Tobey Maguire. He also prepares for tournaments by watching all 5 Rocky films to get himself psyched up.

FAMOUS PROP BETS:
Negreanu and Erick Lindgren have been playing every event in the WSOP 2009 event in a bid to accumulate POY points for their prop bet with a host of other players including Barry Greenstein, John Juanda and many more.
